During the conference we will touch Project Management issues according the PMI methodology. Agile practitioners and Project Managers with more unorthodox management methods will also provide their point of view. Attendees will have the opportunity to pick the approach fitting their everyday work.

We want the high quality of the lectures to be a signature mark of Deadline. Thus, we invited speakers with years of experience in working with teams of various sizes.
Mike Cottmeyer will be our keynote! He is a well-known, enterprise focused Agile coach, whose specialty is working in mixed-methodology environments.
During the conference, we will have a chance to see Paweł Brodziński, who currently manages a team of 150 engineers. Paweł will present Visual Managing – a simple tool that can significantly improve communication in the team. Marek Kowalczyk will also appear at the conference. He is an expert in shortening the duration of projects. Marek will explain Project Managers how to complete their project ahead of time using critical chain methods. Monika Konieczny will be Deadline’s guest, too. She is a Project Manager and and a PhD student at UAM. Monika is known for promoting unconventional and creative methods of motivating employees.
Deadline is a conference about project management in modern organizations. The aim of the conference is to provide its attendees with the knowledge about methodology, tools and techniques that should be used while managing a project.
Deadline presents not only the theory necessary in Project Manager’s everyday work. The meeting also gives the attendees the opportunity to learn about useful case studies, share the experience gained by working in the field, and discuss innovative ideas that can become an inspiration to improve the team’s performance.
